Pure Primal Smoothie Recipe:

Add the following to your blender of choice:

• ¼ can of coconut milk (Native Forest Brand)
• ½ medium sized avocado
• Handful of spinach or kale
• 1 scoop of PURE PRIMAL PROTEIN (chocolate or vanilla) powder
• Add ice cubes and water to fill cup

Pure Primal Keto Pancake Recipe:

Once again, in your blender of choice add the following ingredients:

• 2 oz of grass fed organic cream cheese
• 2 pasture raised eggs
• ½ scoop of PURE PRIMAL PROTEIN (chocolate or vanilla) powder
• ½ tsp of cinnamon (optional and better when used with the vanilla powder opposed to the chocolate)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.
3. Pour ¼ of the batter onto a hot pan greased with grass fed butter or organic coconut oil.
4. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.
5. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
